I presently head the newly formed Godrej DEI Lab, that aims to empower inclusion ecosystems within and outside the Godrej group. In the past, I founded and ran the Godrej India Culture Lab in Mumbai between 2011-21. My latest book Queeristan: LGBTQ Inclusion in the Indian Workplace was released in 2020.
